Customization & Design Services
A: We offer both. We have an in-house design team capable of creating original 3D renderings and structural designs based on your concepts. Alternatively, we can manufacture strictly according to the drawings and specifications you provide.
A: We are a multi-material manufacturer. Our capabilities include metal (steel, wire, aluminum), wood (solid, MDF, melamine), acrylic/plastic, and glass. We can also integrate LED lighting and digital screens into the displays.
A: Yes. Once we understand your requirements, we provide 3D conceptual renderings for visual approval and detailed CAD structural drawings for engineering approval before any prototyping begins.
Absolutely. We offer various branding techniques including laser cutting, silk-screening, UV printing, vinyl stickers, and interchangeable header cards to ensure high brand visibility.
Samples & Prototyping
After the drawing approval and quotation are confirmed, we produce a pre-production sample. This allows you to inspect the structure, load-bearing capacity, and finish quality physically.
Generally, sample production takes 7–12 days, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials involved.
Yes, the sample cost is typically refundable or deducted from the total amount of the subsequent bulk order (provided the order meets our Minimum Order Quantity).
Manufacturing, Production & Quality Control
Our standard lead time is 25–35 days after the deposit is received and the pre-production sample is approved. Urgent orders can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
We follow a strict Quality Assurance process:
- Incoming Material Inspection: Checking raw materials.
- In-Process Inspection: Checks during cutting, welding, and surface treatment.
- Final Inspection: Random assembly tests and surface checks before packaging.
We offer powder coating (in any Pantone color), chrome plating, zinc plating, and anodizing. Our powder coating is durable and resistant to rust and scratching.
Packaging, Logistics & Export
We use export-grade packaging. Most displays are "Knock-Down" (K/D) or flat-packed to save shipping volume. We use PE foam, bubble wrap, corner protectors, and heavy-duty 5-layer corrugated cartons. For fragile items, we use wooden crates or pallets.
Yes, we are experienced in international trade. We can quote based on EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, depending on your preference.
Yes, our packaging design undergoes drop testing (ISTA standards) to ensure it can withstand the rigors of international sea and air freight and local courier delivery.
